Submitting a transport request or enquiry via this website or our Google Forms does not constitute a booking or a binding agreement. All transport arrangements are confirmed only once TMT has issued and you have accepted a formal quotation.
All transport services are arranged and managed by TMT. TMT selects and manages suitable approved transport partners from its trusted network to fulfil each confirmed job. Customers contract with TMT, not with individual transport partners.
While we take reasonable care to keep website information accurate and current, details such as available loads, routes and indicative pricing may change. TMT reserves the right to correct errors and to decline enquiries.
All content on this website, including the TMT logo, branding, text and images, is the property of Taylor-MADE Transport and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable South African law.
The use of this website and submission of an enquiry does not itself create a transport contract or guarantee the availability of a vehicle, rate or transport service.
Once transport services have been confirmed, the applicable quotation, Terms of Carriage and any other agreed contractual terms will govern the transport arrangement.
TMT will use reasonable care in arranging and managing transport services through approved transport partners. Any limitation of liability relating to confirmed transport services will be subject to applicable law and the specific terms agreed for the relevant booking.
Payment terms, rates and any applicable deposits or additional charges will be confirmed in the quotation or booking confirmation issued by TMT.
Customers are responsible for payment in accordance with the agreed payment terms. Additional charges arising from changes to the load, waiting time, additional stops, cancellation, route changes, tolls or other agreed services may be charged where applicable.
Once a transport booking has been confirmed, cancellation or material changes to the load, route, collection date, delivery requirements or vehicle requirements may result in additional charges.
Any such charges will be communicated to the customer where reasonably practicable and will take account of costs already incurred or committed by TMT or its approved transport partners.
TMT may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this website applies from the date of publication.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute will be dealt with in accordance with applicable South African law and the applicable contractual terms.
